Talentbank is eager to onboard a Creative Graphic Designer who will be the artistic powerhouse behind our brand's visual representation. The role is all about crafting visually captivating images for the products or services we offer, with a specific emphasis on creating standout social media graphics. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with an understanding of branding and a keen eye for detail. They should possess a passion for storytelling through visuals and should be in tune with the latest design trends.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Design Creation: Generate innovative graphics and visuals that align with the brand's ethos and enhance our product's/service's appeal to our target demographic.
  • Social Media Graphics: Design visually enticing social media content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and boosts brand visibility.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing and product teams to understand project scopes and desired outcomes, ensuring design works align with strategic goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics and designs adhere to Talentbank’s brand guidelines, maintaining a coherent visual identity across all channels.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Be open to critiques and revisions, iterating on designs based on team feedback or A/B testing results.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in graphic design, ensuring Talentbank's visuals remain fresh and relevant.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital archive of all graphic assets, ensuring ease of access and retrieval for future campaigns.
  • Print Design: When necessary, develop designs for print materials such as brochures, banners, or posters that mirror the quality of our digital visuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on digital and social media content.
  • Mastery of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing creativity, variety, and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Good communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs.
