We are in search of a dynamic Conference Producer to join our team. This role is crucial in orchestrating our recruitment conferences aimed at enlightening businesses about the recruitment landscape in Malaysia. As the linchpin of these events, you will take charge from conceptualization to execution, ensuring every conference is informative, engaging, and seamlessly organized. If you are someone who can merge a deep understanding of recruitment with exceptional event management skills, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Event Conceptualization: Ideate and design the blueprint for each conference, ensuring it aligns with our objectives of enlightening businesses about the Malaysian recruitment landscape.
  • Content Creation: Curate engaging content for the conferences, bringing in industry experts, thought leaders, and relevant stakeholders to share their insights.
  • Logistics & Planning: Oversee every logistical aspect, from venue selection to technical requirements, ensuring a smooth flow on the day of the event.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with speakers, sponsors, attendees, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed and they have a positive experience.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create buzz around the event, utilizing various promotional channels to boost attendance.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage the budget for each event, ensuring top quality without overspending.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback post-event from attendees and stakeholders, aiming for continuous improvement in subsequent conferences.
  • Reporting: Post-conference, collate and present a comprehensive report detailing successes, challenges faced, and lessons learned.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in conference production or event management.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment landscape in Malaysia is a plus.
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to liaise with industry experts and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
