  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate communication with potential leads through email, phone, and social networks. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to pique their interest in our products or services.
  • Qualification: Assess the needs and potential fit of leads with our offerings. Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring that the leads passed to the sales team meet our quality standards.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads over time. Employ lead nurturing techniques to keep prospects engaged and interested in our solutions.
  • Database Management: Keep lead information and interactions well-documented in CRM systems. Regularly update and maintain the lead database for accuracy and future reference.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation activities, analyzing the effectiveness of different lead sources and strategies. Use this data to refine and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that lead generation activities are in line with the company's overall strategy.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competition to ensure that lead generation strategies remain innovative and effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or a related role.
