We are seeking a proficient SEO & SEM Executive to join our team. This role is instrumental in elevating our digital presence, focusing on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest SEO and SEM techniques, be a data-driven marketer, and possess the agility to adapt to evolving digital landscapes.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Keyword Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms and phrases. Develop an effective keyword strategy for SEO and SEM campaigns.
  • On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Optimize website content and structure for search engines. Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings.
  • SEM Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices, such as keyword optimization, metadata, and internal linking.
  • SEO Audits: Perform regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing problems.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of SEO and SEM campaigns. Use data to make informed decisions and adjustments for ongoing optimization.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' online strategies and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing best practices. Implement the latest techniques to keep the organization at the forefront of SEO and SEM.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO and SEM, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with HTML and web development is a plus.

Campaign Monitoring and Optimization

A significant portion of your day revolves around monitoring the performance of our SEM campaigns.
