Scoring Methodology

Standards used to evaluate candidates, assessing personal attributes, academic performance, extracurricular activities, career progress and readiness and leadership attributes.

Personal Attributes (15%)

Comprising 15% of the total score, this category evaluates a candidate's LinkedIn Profile, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) result, and their Elevator Pitch.

Academic Performances (10%)

This category, accounting for 10% of the total score, assesses the candidate's Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) and any scholarships they've received.

Extracurricular Activities (30%)

Making up a significant 30% of the total score, this section involves an evaluation of a candidate's Awards/Recognitions and the timeline of their activities and involvement.

Career Progress and Readiness (20%)

Contributing to 20% of the overall assessment, this category measures the quality of a candidate's Resume, Video Resume, and their Internship Experience.

Leadership Attributes (25%)

This critical section, comprising 25% of the total score, focuses on a candidate's unique attributes (Set Apart) and their ability to inspire and persuade others (Convince).

Bonus Score

Candidates partaking in the Talentbank Finishing School program have an advantage of accruing bonus points. Each topic completed attributes additional scores to the candidate's total, with a golden opportunity to amass a bonus for completion of all eight topics. This rewarding system appreciates and acknowledges the extra effort put forth by the candidates. Remember, this could provide the crucial edge that sets you apart from other contenders!
