UI/UX Web & Graphics Designer (Full Time)

We’re looking for a UI/UX Web & Graphics Designer to optimize the digital experience and journey on Teranect-owned sites, as well as the conversion rates from paid and organic social and digital media.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Optimize digital experience and journey of ours and clients’ websites
• Conducting user research, test, and optimize existing user web interface designs to deliver the best online user experience to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Establishing online design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Exploring external platforms or online tools which can be integrated into our CRM and website to create a better user experience
• Branding direction and design
• Graphic design (Eg, marketing collaterals)
• Design of business decks

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript
• Excellent visual design skills
• Experience with cross-device/responsive design techniques
• Familiarity with web trends and best practices for UX/UI design
• Good oral and written command of the English language is required
• Self-motivated & disciplined
• Strong organizational and people skills are required
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Creative flair and awareness of current trends in the visual arts
• Can speak English and Chinese
