In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Support Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project objectives, timelines, and resources required.
  • Conduct Research: Conduct research and gather relevant data to support project initiatives, such as market research, competitor analysis, or customer feedback.
  • Assist with Project Coordination: Provide support in coordinating project activities, such as scheduling meetings, organizing project documentation, and tracking project progress.
  • Documentation: Assist in documenting project activities, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project updates.
  • Assist in Project Execution: Assist in executing project tasks as assigned, which may include data analysis, preparing project materials, or assisting with project-related events.
  • Assisting in event planning and coordination, researching venues, vendors, and suppliers. Managing event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and timelines.
  • Support Project Monitoring and Control: Help monitor project progress against established milestones and timelines, and contribute to identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during the project.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project-related documents.
  • Assisting with post-event evaluation and analysis.


  • Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field. Relevant coursework or certifications in event planning can be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision in planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with diverse individuals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle dynamic change and work under pressure.

  • Competitive compensation package (Basic salary + parking credit).

Project Coordination and Support

As a Project Management Intern, your daily role centers around project coordination and support. You assist in organizing project activities, maintaining timelines, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Each day, you collaborate with project managers to keep all aspects of ongoing projects on track.


Data Analysis and Reporting

A significant part of your day is dedicated to data analysis and reporting. You collect, compile, and analyze project-related data, extracting valuable insights to aid decision-making. You also participate in creating progress reports, sharing project status updates with the team, and contributing to strategies for continuous improvement.


Task Prioritization

In your daily tasks, effective time management and task prioritization are vital. You work on various project elements simultaneously, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Your role demands keen organizational skills to manage project documents, schedules, and communications efficiently.
