This role is responsible for managing and optimizing an organization's use of CRM systems to enhance customer satisfaction - both internal and external, streamline processes, and improve overall business performance.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • HubSpot CRM Implementation: Lead the management and efficient implementation of the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring proper setup, configuration, and integration with other HubSpot tools like Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Contact Management: Manage and organize contact information within HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  • HubSpot Workflows: Design and implement workflows within HubSpot to automate processes, such as lead nurturing, email campaigns, and task assignments.
  • User Training (HubSpot Academy): Provide training to users on how to effectively navigate and utilize HubSpot CRM features, leveraging resources from HubSpot Academy.
  • HubSpot Customization: Customize HubSpot CRM to align with the organization's specific needs, creating custom properties, deal stages, and reports.
  • HubSpot Integrations: Collaborate with different departments to integrate HubSpot CRM with other HubSpot tools and external applications, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
  • HubSpot Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HubSpot's reporting tools to generate insights on sales performance, customer interactions, and marketing effectiveness.
  • HubSpot Automation: Leverage HubSpot's automation capabilities to streamline repetitive tasks, trigger actions based on user behavior, and improve overall efficiency.
  • HubSpot Support: Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and act as the primary point of contact for any HubSpot-related queries.


  • Bachelor's degree in tech, data, business analytics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (primarily Hubspot), sales pipelines, and other sales tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to server management and domains.
  • An eagerness to learn and contribute to the implementation of new software solutions that align with project requirements.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

As a CRM Specialist, you'll lead the way in implementing and managing the HubSpot CRM system. Your role involves organizing customer data, designing workflows, providing user training, customizing the CRM, ensuring seamless integrations, analyzing reports, automating tasks, and offering ongoing support to optimize business efficiency.


Leading CRM Implementation

Oversee the setup and integration of HubSpot CRM, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration with Marketing Hub and Sales Hub for efficient business processes.


Contact Data Management

Organize and update customer information in HubSpot CRM daily, maintaining accuracy to support informed decision-making and effective customer interactions.


Workflow Automation

Create and implement workflows in HubSpot, automating tasks like lead nurturing and email campaigns to enhance efficiency and optimize CRM functionality.
