Join our team at Talentbank Group as a Junior IT Operations Associate! In this role, you'll play a vital part in collaborating with project teams to manage various digital aspects that drive our business operations.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Resources Management: Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and answering IT-related queries.
  • Software and Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and hardware devices. Perform software updates, patches, and upgrades as needed to ensure system stability and security.
  • Software Compliance for Project Support: Ensure software used by project teams complies with licenses and standards, aligning with project goals. Regularly audit software to confirm it meets project needs, enhancing team efficiency and project
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with project teams to assist in creating, managing, and optimizing content on platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, and Instapage, ensuring engaging and effective digital experiences.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Generate reports on IT-related metrics, trends, and performance indicators for management review.
  • User Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems, applications, and best practices to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in domain registration and configurations, ensuring a strong online presence and aligned brand identity. Support mobile optimization efforts, contributing to a seamless user experience across devices during project rollouts.
  • Communication Channel Support: Contribute to email workspace management, helping streamline communication tools for enhanced team productivity during project lifecycles


  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing you to make impactful website modifications to support project goals.
  • Well understanding of UI/UX design principles, enabling collaboration with project teams for user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with mobile optimization techniques to ensure responsive design during project phases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to server management and domains.
