Are you freshly graduated with a passion for marketing and eager to dive into the world of branding and digital promotion? Join us at Talentbank Group as a Marketing & Branding Executive! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and executing marketing strategies, working closely with teams to enhance our brand presence and digital engagement to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development of brand strategies to position the company effectively in the market. Define brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand voice.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets and content for campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the company's digital presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online advertising. Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive engagement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and threats in the market. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Brand Collateral: Manage the creation and distribution of brand collateral, such as brochures, presentations, sales materials, and promotional items. Ensure that all collateral adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the company's values and messaging.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, branding, or related roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and segmentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive marketing strategy.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
